Can a simple polish actually fix these water spots or am I doomed?

Okay so I made a rookie mistake and parked my car under a sprinkler at a friend’s villa for a few hours last week, thinking nothing of it because it’s just water right? Well apparently the water here is so hard that it left these horrible white mineral deposits all over the driver’s side door and rear quarter panel, and I’ve tried everything I can think of to get them off. I used a microfiber cloth, I tried a mild vinegar solution that I read about online, I even bought one of those spot remover sprays from the auto shop but nothing seems to be touching these stubborn marks. The paint still feels smooth so I don’t think it’s etched into the clear coat deeply, but it looks terrible and my car is black so every single spot stands out like a sore thumb. I’m starting to think I need a proper machine polish to cut through whatever residue is stuck on there because my elbow grease just isn’t cutting it. The thing is, I don’t really have the budget or the time for a full multi-stage paint correction right now, I just need someone to quickly get rid of these water marks and bring back some shine without charging me an arm and a leg. I’m hoping to find a place that offers a quick car polish in Abu Dhabi that doesn’t require me to leave the car for two days or book an appointment weeks in advance. Has anyone dealt with stubborn water spots before and managed to get them removed with just a light polish, or is this going to be more complicated than I’m hoping? Also, would a one-step polish be enough or do they usually recommend a compound first for this kind of thing?

I’ve been wondering about those water spots too. Have you tried the 2JBET Game’s cleaning tips 2jbet casino ? They’ve got some great hacks for stubborn marks. I’m curious, have you seen their latest guide on water spot removal? It’s surprisingly effective.
